Tool Tech Systems offers a full re-conditioning of all the knives we manufacture as well as knives made by other OEM's.

Re-Conditioning Process

Clean, inspect and sort knives to determine if they meet re-grinding criteria such as minimum length.

We then re-establish geometries on one of our 7 Walter CNC 5 axis tool and cutter grinders.

Knives are then inspected, measured and then ultrasonically tuned to ensure they will tune at your facility.
